Yerba mate contains natural caffeine. If you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking any prescribed medication, or managing a diagnosed condition, consult a doctor before use.
Swelling that needs medical assessment
Swelling that is persistent, affects one limb only, or comes with pain, heat, redness or sudden onset requires medical assessment. Do not use a dietary supplement in place of seeing a doctor for these symptoms.
