🩺 Medical questions — please read
We cannot answer them, and it would be irresponsible to try. We are not clinicians.
If you have swelling that is persistent, affects one limb, or comes with pain, heat or redness, please see a doctor rather than emailing a supplement website. That pattern can indicate something that needs assessment, and it is not a supplement question. If a limb is suddenly swollen, hot or painful, treat it as urgent.
❌ What we cannot help with
We do not process orders or payments. We cannot look up your order, change an address, cancel a shipment, issue a refund or tell you where a parcel is — we have no visibility into any of it.
📦 Where order questions go
Everything to do with an order you have placed goes to the seller, using the confirmation email you received at checkout. That email carries your order number and the seller's own support contact. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder first.
💸 Refund requests
Refunds are handled entirely by the seller under the 60-day guarantee described at checkout. Contact them through your order confirmation, several days before the deadline rather than on it. Our refund policy page explains the process.
